Spanish Gardens has strong roots in the Kansas City community. Our grandfather, Luis Silva, a native of Guadalajara, Mexico, opened his restaurant in Argentine, Kansas City, Kansas in the 1950s featuring family recipes such as tacos, enchiladas, burritos, tamales, and a customer favorite Mexican Chili. All family dishes were served with our signature taco sauce. Our taco sauce quickly became a local favorite and he soon began spending most of his time bottling sauce and making tortillas to fill the overwhelming requests. It’s no wonder we are “The Most Craveable Sauce on the Planet.”

We’ve been creating our family recipe in small batches with the finest spices since the 1950's, right here --- in Kansas City, Kansas --- where our homemade traditions meet up with smooth, savory and spicy sauces at the dinner table.
Blended with tomato sauce, peppers, onion and garlic, our sauce will tantalize your palate and give your Mexican dishes a kick of authentic flavor. Choose between mild, hot or extra hot, depending on your “heat” tolerance!
