Mexican Caprese Salad

A Spanish Gardens twist on this classic tomato salad is a delicious summer side your family will love.

Ingredients

4 heirloom tomatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
fresh mozzarella balls
2 jalapeños, sliced
Spanish Gardens Taco Sauce (spiciness of your choice)
Spanish Gardens Taco Seasoning
avocado, sliced as garnish
fresh cilantro

Instructions

Slice the mozzarella balls in half and toss with 2 teaspoons of Spanish Gardens Taco Seasoning. Lay the sliced tomatoes on a plate. Top with jalapeños, mozzarella, and cilantro. Drizzle the plate with plenty of Spanish Gardens Taco Sauce and finish with sliced avocado. Enjoy!
