Spanish Gardens Mexican Deviled Eggs

Sometimes you just need a little spice in your deviled eggs. These are exactly the right amount of spice you are looking for.

Ingredients:

12 eggs
1/4 cup mayo
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp (or more to taste) Spanish Gardens Taco Sauce
salt & pepper
Spanish Gardens Taco Seasoning for garnish 


Instructions:

Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, transfer them to an ice bath, and let cool completely.

Peel the eggs, slice them in half longways, and place all the yolks in a bowl. Mash the yolks a bit, then add all the ingredients. Every batch of eggs are slightly different, so taste and add more ingredients for desired creaminess and spiciness.

Spoon filling into a piping bag and pipe into the whites. We garnished ours with scallions, queso fresco, and Spanish Gardens Taco Seasoning. Chill and eat!
