Spanish Gardens Spicy Pimento Cheese Dip

A little bit Southern, a little bit Mexican, a whole lotta delicious.

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Spanish Gardens Taco Sauce (hot or extra hot) 
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon Spanish Gardens Taco Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced 
1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimento, drained & diced
salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Place the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Spanish Gardens Taco Sauce, garlic powder, Spanish Gardens Taco Seasoning, onion powder, minced jalapeño, and pimento into the large bowl of a mixer. Beat at medium speed until thoroughly combined. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Serve with Spanish Gardens Tortilla Chips!
