Spanish Gardens Mexican Hummus
A couple of small tweaks to the classic recipe and hummus gets a whole new nationality.
Ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans (15 oz.)
1 tbsp reserved liquid from a can of garbanzos
1 tbsp Spanish Gardens Taco Seasoning
1 tbsp Spanish Gardens Taco Sauce (mild, hot, or extra hot)
juice from 1 lime
1 tsp kosher salt
2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and purée until smooth. Add more garbanzo liquid or olive oil to achieve desired consistency. Enjoy with Spanish Gardens Tortilla Chips.
